Your privacy matters to us. This page tells you what we know about you when you use pakphysio.com, why we keep it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
What you tell us
When you buy something or write to us, we need a few details to do our job:
- Your name
- Phone number and email
- The address where the parcel should go
- What you ordered
What we pick up on our own
Like most websites, we can see basic things about your visit. This includes the device and browser you use, your rough location, which pages you looked at, and how long you stayed. We do not see anything you have not opened on our site.
Why we need it
- To pack and send your order
- To let you know where your parcel is
- To reply when you write to us
- To find out which pages are confusing or broken, so we can fix them
- To catch fake orders and misuse
- To run ads that help pay for the website
We don’t leak your credential information like name, number or address to anyone.
Payments
We do not store your card details. When you pay online, the payment company handles it on its own system. Please check their privacy page too, since their rules apply to your payment.
Cookies
A cookie is a tiny file your browser keeps after you visit a site. Ours help the cart remember what you picked, help us count visitors, and help show ads.
If you don’t like cookies, you can block them in your browser settings. Just keep in mind that the cart and some other parts of the site may stop working.
Ads on our website
We show ads through Google AdSense. Here is how that works in plain words:
- Google and its ad partners place cookies in your browser when you visit our site.
- These cookies help them guess what ads may interest you, based on the sites you have visited before, including ours.
- You can switch off personalised ads anytime in your Google Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads.
- If you want to block ad cookies from other companies too, you can use https://www.aboutads.info.
- To read how Google handles this data, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Other companies that help us
We work with courier companies, payment providers and tools that show us visitor numbers. We only pass on what each of them needs, for example a delivery address to the courier. We cannot control how these companies run their own business, so please read their policies if you want to know more.
Links to other sites
Some pages may link to websites that are not ours. Once you click away, we have no say over what happens there.
How long we keep your details
We keep order details for as long as we need them to handle returns, solve complaints, and follow the law. After that we delete them.
How we protect your details
We use sensible steps to keep your information safe. But no system on the internet is perfect, and we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.
Your rights
You are free to ask us to:
- Tell you what we have saved about you
- Fix anything that is wrong
- Remove your details from our records
Write to info@pakphysio.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Kids
This store is for adults. We do not collect details from anyone under 13 on purpose. If a child has sent us their information by mistake, let us know and we will remove it.
If we change this page
If our practice changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Please look at it now and then.
